Our Story

Prem Motors was founded in 1990 in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, by Charanjeet Nagpal, on a simple conviction: a car dealership should feel less like a transaction and more like a relationship. That conviction became the company's guiding tagline — "Caring for you...Always!!" — and it still shapes how every showroom, workshop and service desk in the network operates today.

From that first Maruti Suzuki showroom, the group expanded steadily across central and northern India. Today, Prem Motors is recognised as India's 5th largest Maruti Suzuki dealer group, operating 58 showrooms, 43 workshops and 7 True Value outlets across Rajasthan, Delhi, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh.

The business today spans all three of Maruti Suzuki's retail channels — Arena for the mainstream lineup, NEXA for the premium range, and True Value for certified pre-owned cars — giving customers a consistent standard of service no matter which car or channel they choose.

Three decades on, the same principle that opened the first showroom in 1990 still guides every interaction: customers should feel cared for, always.
